The tellUs app is a private two-way communication tool between a customer and a business, it is the missing link that bridges the gap between businesses and customers.

Tell Us provides an app for semi anonymous users to rate your organization in three typical categories; Staff, Facility and Likeliness to return. It also provides a comment section for detailled feedback.
Tell Us believes every product or service experience can be translated into one or a combination of the following: positive, negative or suggestive feedback.
Users who have any negative interaction with a business are often forced to make a public statement about that experience or confront either the business owner or employee. This often leads to open, public conflict or tense interaction with business employees and owners. Many of these negative experiences could have been remedied before it became public fallout, but the business was not given a chance to remedy the experience prior to it becoming public. Ideally, many of these users would prefer having a channel to thoughtfully communicate their complaints with an assurance that their feedback will be acted upon. There are also times where users would like to provide a compliment or suggestion that is geared towards helping the business improve upon their best product or service.
